My Wisteria bloomed the first part of April the came a freeze and it looks dead,What should I do now??????

Just wait. It will recover. Most plants will recover when the temperatures stay warm however bad they look. It is like a shock to their system, it will take time. Look around at surrounding trees and you will new some new growth just beginning to start.
