Could you give me planting instructions for my phalaenopsis saga pearl? Do they bloom all year long?

depending on the conditions(light,water)ect they can bloom several times in one yr.best mediam i have found is spagnum moss or a asmundum(tree moss)if a indoor plant it should be watered only a couple times a week,outside during summer moths water when the moss get bry to the touch(stick a finger in around the roots)fertilize once every two weeks using a 20-20-20 bloom booster,during winter cut back on water to once a week and fertilize once a monthCould you give me planting instructions for my phalaenopsis saga pearl? Do they bloom all year long?
